This machine is used for wool tops making process. It is used for doubling, carding and drafting the wool tops so that impurities and neps can be removed, also staple fiber can be separated out.

1. Feeding type
Cans feeding. Cans specification: Φ700*1000mm. Wool slivers are fed through guide rollers, pressing rollers and then to the table-board, which makes slivers arranged in order, to avoid unexpected drafting, and form even thickness tuft. Then tuft can be fed into the feeding box according required length.

2. Carding mechanism
Carding mechanism consists of feeding box, material supporting plate, nipper, bundling device, circular comb and top comb, etc.
Feeding box is equipped with nine rows of round pin strips, among which are two rows of 5 pins/10mm, three rows of 6 pins/10mm, four rows of 7 pins/10mm pin strips.
The needle-occupied area of the circular comb accounts for 202 degrees of the whole circumference. 6 saw-tooth metal needle strips of different needle densities are intalled in the front part while 5 saw-tooth metal needle strips of different needle densities are intalled in in rear part. Needle bars with various needle densities could be adjusted base on different fibers and varieties.

3. Cleaning mechanism
Cleaning mechanism mainly consists of round cleaning brush, doffer, stripper bar and dust suction device, etc.

4. Drawing off mechanism
Drawing off mechanism mainly consists of differential swing, cradle and detaching rollers, etc. The pressure type of detaching roller is conducted by adjustable lever pressure device. The reciprocating motion of cradle is conducted by cam via adjustable connecting rod.

5. Canning mechanism
Canning mechanism consists of gear motor, electromagnetic clutch, crimp box, coiler and coiler base, etc.
Delivery tension can be adjusted through frequency conversion. It is equipped with auto-stop device for sliver breakage or can full filled.
